Inaugurated in 2013 by President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, The NCCN is a public-private partnership to improve Nigeria’s competitive position in the global business arena. NCCN is chaired by the Honourable Minister of Industry Trade and Investments and Tony Elumelu, Chairman Heirs group. NCCN draws membership from the Nigerian public sector (Honourable Minister of Communications Technology – HM Omobola Johnson, Chief Economic Adviser – prof Nwanze Okidegbe) and prominent private sector (Alhaji ALiko Dangote).
